All video/YouTube player stopped working, it started 3 days ago. It will start loading then right when the bar gets close to the end it says failed to load or improper format. Tried multiple worlds (my home world Gothic Chill, YouTube search world, B Club, etc., links, and even tried Popcorn Palace using vr-m.net and none of the shows or movies would work. Works for everyone else but it just decided to stop for me all the sudden. I’ve tried removing the cache through the VRC settings, reinstalling VRC, ensuring trusted URLs is on, restarting my headset, restarting my WIFI, and checking for any updates to no avail. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you <3 (Meta Quest 3, Not PC)

This is happened across the board and they are working on it. Right now only YouTube streams work as well as other supported video links but direct YouTube video links do not work

Sadly no. Last this this happened. Youtube videos were down for multiple months

Hi @_Vena, @V_L, @breaker_love. Please try playing YouTube videos in VRChat now, VRChat has updated yt-dlp to 2026-01-29 today (formerly 2025-11-12). You may need to restart your VRChat client.
