I am 34
I have been a VRC inhabitant since 2017.
I am an ex health care worker of 6 years but can no longer work due to disability.

VRC allows me to communicate and interact with people from around the word and this is something I am thankful for as I have a difficult time getting out and about sometimes.

For the most part I am confined to my room but in VR I can be anywhere. I often host a mental health group in VRC and found it has helped me discover my self and better understand the people around me.
