Low fps in vrchat

I have a problem, vrchat lags a lot after last update, it practically does not load the system but lags. In the task manager it shows that it consumes 30 percent of the video card and 30 percent of the processor and 2000 MB of RAM, I tried a bunch of solutions, but nothing helps. My specifications: i7 13700h rtx 4060 laptop 16gb ddr5 5200mhz, cleared the cache, also reinstalled windows and vrchat.
