Issue: Animations State stuck in "UNKNOWN" in Gesture Manager

Hey, I’m asking about an issue I’m facing when using Gesture Manager to preview animations with a custom animation layer. I confirmed that the animations should work through the Unity animator and was able to get them to work when I test the animations directly in the gesture manager.

However, when I actually use the gesture manager to set the animation parameters, the model is still stuck in a T-Pose. When I look at the animation debug, all layers are stuck on “UNKNOWN” state.

Is there an extra step in making sure that the gesture manager is actually connected to the animator rig? I’m new to the VRChat creation process so not sure if I’m missing something with the gesture manager.
