I have contacted microsoft support about this issue actually and they are aware that the problem their update brought has created problems for many which has broken HTTP.sys and localhost loopback connections
He has stated that we need to wait for around the next 48 hours for an update, which the developers are working on to fix this issue.
Can someone help me? I’m not using Windows 11, I’m using Windows 10 and this happened to me. Does anyone know what I can do?
Your message really helped me. I finally figured out that the issue was actually caused by me blocking Microsoft Edge. After the latest Windows update, that ended up breaking WebView2. Before this update, blocking Edge never caused any problems, so without what you said, I wouldn’t have realized this was the reason.

As a person clinging on to Windows 10 for dear life, what does blocking Microsoft Edge bring to the table? I just simply don’t launch it. Unless I get drunk and open it up and do a bing for Chrome

VCC is using an internal browser, so if you are having issues like that it’s either your pc having weird connection issues, else vcc is having weird problems, try to reinstall it.
