A new web standard?

I usually use my secondary monitor in portrait mode to browse the VRChat website, but when I checked it today, the UI had changed.

The menu that used to be on the left is gone. I can’t find the button to open the menu either.
I tried moving it to my main monitor, which is set horizontally, and it showed up.

Is this a new feature? Or is it just a responsive design glitch?

There should be a hamburger menu in the top left corner, to collapse/show the left sidebar. It’s missing from your screenshots.
