World cannot be published to community labs

I have been working on a new world for months now and I decided to do a quick test upload but unfortunately there were errors that prevented me from uploading to quest. I didn’t understand the errors, so i deleted the upload. Now the option to publish to the community labs is gone.

I understand there is a limit to how much content we can upload, but I think there should be leniency for those rules when content is deleted and nothing has truly been added

Did you reupload the world? maybe check back in a day? If you’ve been working on it for months, a day off wont can’t hurt.

if you set a world to private, it leaves community labs and you can update it as much as you want.
you will still be able to create non-public instances to test the world.
you can upload a completely different world in its place by using the same ID
once a world is in community labs you can update it as much as you want
you can read more on the VRChat Wiki

How long do i have to wait until i can submit to labs?

  • you need a VRChat account, a third-party platform account (Steam/quest) must be merged with a vrchat account first.
  • Your account must not banned from submitting worlds to Community Labs
  • You must have the “User” Trust rank
  • If you upload a world then delete it instead of making it private you have to wait 1 week before you can upload it again but once in labs it can be updated as much as you want
