Where did the 'show fps and ping' option go?

I could swear there used to be a toggle under the ‘Debug’ settings tab that would make it so your FPS and Ping would show up on top of the quick menu (see attached image). But it appears to no longer be there. Am I totally losing my mind here or did it vanish at some point?

You can find the Pin FPS and Ping button at the very bottom of the quick menu settings page
