VRchat dont like X3Dd amd cpus?

Hello guys! I tried a little experiment! There were three of us. My setup (4080 Super, 5800X3D). When I show 2 avatars in front of me (very poor), my GPU frametime goes from 2ms up to 20ms. As a result, my GPU power drops from 400 watts down to 50 watts, and my CPU also reduces to about 50 watts. My FPS then drops from 120 FPS down to 25 FPS. My friend, who uses the same settings, the same headset (Quest 3 and Virtual Desktop), with a 9800X3D and a 3080 Ti, has the same problem! Now, the third person comes into play! A friend, also using the same headset and Virtual Desktop, has an Intel 14600K and now a 79000XTX. She can easily display 30 very poor avatars, and her CPU frametime is only at 8ms, so the GPU can ramp up fully, and she has her stable 120 FPS. So, what’s the issue for us AMD users? Please respond.

I can’t relate to that; I only know it the other way around.
People with X3D CPUs have significantly lower frame times and fewer issues with other avatars.
