I know this is recent but I having some issues with the video player in vrchat. It just fails to load in time. Not displaying as it should be and already turned on untrusted urls but it won’t resolve. Can you tell me is this a bug or something else?
The most common video player issue in VRChat is YouTube not wanting to work, personally I can watch a certain amount of YouTube videos before it quits working. Other people I talk to, it either works fine or it doesn’t work at all, good times (/s)
Luckily live music events in VRC use other services like VRCDN or twitch.
But yeah, you’re kinda going to need to triage your problem, is it just YouTube not wasting to work, or an actual problem with the video playback?
If you’re on any discord servers you can grab a media link from a video someone has posted, and try that in a video player. That requires untrusted URL enabled, but you have that set already.

Oh I was just thinking like discord servers in general, any old uploaded video. I’d just grab a link but the media links are only good for 24 hours after creation, and they’re very long.
YouTube is whitelisted, doesn’t need untrusted URLs turned on if you’re pasting in YouTube URLs from YouTube. Also I believed you ;)
