Suggestion: Add Malay and Indonesian to bio language list

Dear VRChat official devs,

I have a suggestion. I hope that you can make Malay and Indonesian language available at the bio language drop-down list since these are two main languages used in South East Asia.

I only looked for Malay, but it has been requested on the feedback site.
