Recent, consistent disconnects / timeouts

Within the last week, every time I load VRChat it takes about 5 minutes or less for it to disconnect or timeout (VRChat is not responding). This occurs whether I launch it by PC or whether I run it natively on Quest 2.

Tried hard reset of router (eero) to no avail. Here is the log message that shows up every time without fail:

2024.09.27 19:32:58 Error      -  [Behaviour] {{ NameServerAddress: 'ns.photonengine.io:5058', MasterServerAddress: '85153DE5F8D542BCA7825C78F4B72AF7.exitgames.com:5055', GameServerAddress: '216.120.180.193:5056', Code: 'ServerTimeout', State: 'Disconnected', Time: '822686.436' }}

I have no trouble pinging this server or running tracert:

Any ideas? I’m not sure my ISP will be able to really do anything for me here. I am behind a CGNAT for what it’s worth.

Came here to say I’m having this exact same problem. Game is unplayable now with constant disconnects. I can play any other game on Steam, etc.

I’ve reinstalled everything I can, reset my networking equipment etc…

I’m running on ROG Gaming Routers as well as a Nighthawk modem on a gigabit connection, 900x40.

I only managed to make it playable by VPN’ing through a New Jersey node (which is one state away). It has its performance downsides but it is working.
