I play on an oculus quest two and I’ve had no problems so far but every time I go into the vr chat app it loads into the home world and kicks me out
We need to know more information.
Are you playing with your Quest 2 connected to a PC using link or something else? Or are you playing the Quest 2 standalone version of VRChat?
What is your internet speed? (Try visiting a speedtest website IN the browser ON your Quest 2 to figure it out)
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling VRChat?
