Promoting vrchat crasher avatars should be illegal

OP Note: I’m not an actual VRChat crasher, I don’t crash people and lobbies at all. Just to let people, admins, and moderators know that crashers are on the rise.

I’ve seen a smorgasbord of VRChat crashers promoting their vrchat crasher avatars videos on YouTube (and to some instances on other social platform).

TBH, promoting crasher avatars on social media for people to use said avatars to crash people and lobbies is against the Terms of Services.

Here’s a couple of videos made by all these “braindead” to promote their crasher avatars:

I also found a video made by a braindead person hosting a discord server to form a vrchat crasher alliance, which is also against Discord’s ToS

You could see if YouTube or Discords terms of service mention encouraging violating terms of services for other platforms.

I’m not sure if YouTube’s TOS has any rules regarding not allowing people to make videos about intentionally breaking the TOS of other platforms. If so it’s not really enforced. But I do know that Discord doesn’t allow the distribution of cheats and anything that would disrupt a game, so I’d look into reporting the server at least.

In general if you want to prevent being crashed by crasher avatars I recommend turning on the particle limit and disabling shaders for anyone who you aren’t friends with, since thats what 99% of crashers use to crash people.
