If you’re having problem connecting with VRChat servers and having a timeout, its because lately Cloudflare has been having trouble in the South American region. To fix that I had to download “Cloudflare WARP” and turn it on before I open VRChat.
No, it’s not the ‘only’ option. You can also side load the android version inside of android studio or waydroid or any other emulator and play full pc headlocked vr on the mobile version using an hmd and a controller :)
You just wouldn’t be playing in the desktop client.

You need to Install “Meta Horizon Link” which is the Desktop software to pair your Quest VR Headset, this software has a built-in store and a lot more things. You can download VRChat there, instead of Steam.
