So I’m having a very difficult time with 2FA on my account, the only people then can help me are Vrchat officials sadly. I’ve lost my account due to me forgetting to get 2FA from my old phone to my new phone before selling it. I’ve tried the backup codes but for some reason non of them work! I don’t understand and honestly, I just want 2FA removed off my account.
Just in case you think this is the official support ticket/helpdesk thing I want to point out that this is a forum that any idiot on the internet (hello!) can read.
From what I’ve heard, if your account is linked to like a steam or viveport or meta (Oculus) account, you can prove to support that you actually own your account.
