I’m currently trying to make the Flyswatter from the official Rabbids collaboration shop items interact with a VRC Contact Receiver built into my avatar.
According to the VRChat Wiki, the Flyswatter is supposed to have the Contact Sender tags Weapon / Damage / DamageBlunt. However, even when I add matching Contact Receivers with those tags to my avatar, they do not seem to respond.
I previously used the same approach successfully with the Campfire item’s Fire tag, so I expected the Flyswatter’s Weapon / Damage / DamageBlunt tags to work in a similar way. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get any reaction from them.
Has anyone here tested this and managed to make it work?
Or does anyone know what might cause these tags not to trigger avatar Contact Receivers?
