Alright, so I know the title may sound stupid but let me explain. So, recently someone I’ve been friends with for only a few months recently stabbed me in the back and kicked me from their instance and immediately blocked me afterwards along with their girlfriend, I didn’t even do anything I was genuinely just being chill, I was barely talking. Anyhow, I’m not here to vent I’m here to ask and see if there’s any way I can see if I’ve been reported in any way? Cause as far as I know, the only way I know of is when you get temporarily banned or something and VRChat sends you an e-mail. I know it may seem like a weird correlation but I genuinely get paranoid when stuff like this happens, especially since this friend was quite petty. I know I haven’t done anything wrong but false reports happen all the time and I’ve had stuff like this happen to me before, outside of vrchat mainly. I’m not sure, man. Again I’m not here to vent since this is a help forum so I just want to know. I’ve been creating content and such for vrchat for too long to lose it all for some false reports, and I get extremely paranoid about this stuff. So please, anyone let me know..
Hopefully not, the abuse vector for correlating timestamps with reports would be wide.
Fair, I suppose? I’m just not sure, I know I didn’t do anything wrong but people are petty.
You can try invoking your rights to access your personal data to get an anonymized list of reports on you.

So did they actually ban you or what? Because if not then you don’t have anything to worry about, and if you did get banned then VRChat staff and moderation will always treat the report as accurate and justified.
If the latter happened then I’ve had tupper tell me that the only real way to get them to ease off is to admit you did something wrong and swear that you’ll be good and never do it again, because the general assumption on their part is that all moderation actions are justified and correct.
Hey, sorry for the late reply! But no, I only got kicked from the instance. After I asked my friend what I did wrong by inviting but then I got blocked by both them and their girlfriend like 5 minutes later, no response just blocked. I’m not sure what I did, me and them were always cool for the most part, kinda. Only thing that seemed off about them is that they seemed annoyed by my presence the last few times me and them hung out, but I had no idea what I did. Then eventually, I was just unfriended and blocked without explanation. Other than that, before then me and them never had any beef or anything weird going on, we were just casual friends, it was really weird. I’m not sure, it could just be a case of one sided beef, who knows. Either way, thanks for letting me know! I appreciate it :]
