I keep getting closed out of the game because of an avatar

Basically i was in a avatar world and i out on this avatar but when it did it closed my game instantly.Now everytime i try going back in it keeps closing the game.I can’t switch back avatars because the second its done and it loads me in,it closes.Im on meta and i logged in on meta so i had to make a alt to put this in.Does anyone know what to do and how to fix this?

  1. Go to https://vrchat.com/home/avatars
  2. Click the Reset to Default Avatar button
  3. Launch the game again and you should be in the default grey robot
  4. Change back into your normal avatar as you typically would

I can’t exactly because im on quest,Also i cant exactly join the game,The second a load in and my avatar loads it instantly closes the whole thing so i have zero time to do anything.

I’m aware of that and the instructions still apply, go to the website or reinstall VRC on Quest, if neither work contact VRC support.
