Made a new account just to ask this question. 
I just want to know people do those videos… only thing I have for VR is the Quest 3. My PC is too doodoo to be able to run VR. (Graphics card not supported for VR.)

Separate microphones. Likely two if they want directional/stereo audio. Everything can be recorded in OBS, and the ingame camera can be used for the video.
I don’t know if it’s possible to stream the camera from a quest to a PC though. Maybe an alt account on PC can record the video? Desktop mode takes significantly less resources to run than VR and it’ll look much better than the quest/android version.
