What mods/clients are being blacklisted from Vrchat
and what about nonmalicious mods/clients are they still going to be used or are people going to be getting banned for using mods like the portable mirror mod?

well kinda, EAC is incredibly easy to disable i wont share how here because i don’t wish to be suspended but it can be done. Do so at your own risk.
Basically all custom clients are disabled now and you will be given a warning if you try to run VRchat with a custom launcher/modded hardware.
