My friend’s oculus 2 wont stop lagging (like one frame per second kind of lag) during the log in screen he can’t get past that point because of the lag, please help and thank you we have been looking for a fix for a while and have came out empty handed, he has tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as factory resetting.
