Looking For Support

Hello, Im looking for help on regards to being able to play the game on my Oculus Quest. Every time I load the game I can walk around for about 5 minutes then the game says I have timed out, I have tried using different Internet Connections, I have delted the cache, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiply times, I have even tried using a different Oculus and still I get the same Problem is there anyway of fixing this? Thank you
