I want to merge my new account with my old one the problem is I don’t know my old account password and I didn’t link it to my email I always login with my oculus but I don’t have anymore

You can keep on begging to the staff, maybe provide some more proof that you have ownership of the account, giving specific details. With some luck they will do it or allow you to reset your password, but else you may be forced to use the new account and let the old one die
So the old account was an account on a Oculus headset? If you have a PC you can download oculus software and install VRChat, and open that in desktop mode. “Meta Quest Link” was what it was called the last time I used it.
