Grievance report

My group was falsely banned out of nowhere for “adult content”, which is provable to not be the case. Sadly I had the misfortune of dealing with T&S Team Kiwano for my support tickets. This trust and safety “team” has been unhelpful and obstructive to the appeal process, to the point of even lying to me in multiple tickets that I neither have an active ban tied to my account, nor am I using a proper email tied to a banned group.

Anyone else having issues going through ?
