My account was falsely flagged and I even though I provided evidence to prove it was and my one week suspension was lifted after only two days, my group (that was falsely flagged for having sexual activity) remains removed. I was unfortunately stuck with dealing with T&S Team Kiwano that shows no sign of humanity whatsoever and only posts copy and paste responses. One minute they say they decided to restore my account (which shows that there was no actual violation) and the next they say my account WAS in violation and that my group wonāt be restored even though my suspension was lifted. Either Iām getting mixed messages from an AI bot, or T&S Team Kiwano is made up of poorly-trained, unmotivated, detached people. I canāt tell which is the case.
Is it possible to reach out to someone else over this issue?
The T&S responses have been standardized and used uniformly by all the former T&S teams and agents for at least over a year, well before T&S Team Kiwano was established/created to take (sole?) responsibility of web tickets this year after the Trust & Safety Reporting Changes.
We are an 18ļ¼ groupĒ If you join this groupā you may or may not encounter provocative activities or contentā and if you join this groupā you indicate consent to view these activities or contentĒ
In our Community Guidelines, we state an important rule: provocative behavior restrictions may not apply in Private instances, as long as everyone present consents.
In those cases, you should also run that instance or event as an 18+ Verified Group instance.
Additional guidance: Group public instances are considered public, per the Community Guidelines. Note the following guideline from the guidelines:
Private instances that advertise themselves publicly will be considered public for the purposes of moderation.
My personal interpretation: If you have anything that may be provocative, the restrictions may not apply in a private instance (Verified 18+) when everybody consents, and those private instances should not be advertised publicly.
Public instances must not be disrupted with provocative behavior.
