My buddy whom I’ve known for 20 years now just had his group band and he was suspended for this reason
Reason: Your account was found to be in violation of our Adult Sexual Activity and Nudity guidelines. As a result, your account has been suspended for 1 week. Some of your content may have been removed. Please review your account to ensure it is in accordance with our Community Guidelines.
But there needs to be some context with this he’s been running this group since 2023 he has abided by the guidelines they do ID checks and ever since vrchat implemented the VR chat plus verification they now started using that along with joystick verification and the process of making sure that nobody gets into these private instances is they do a two instance check people have to go to the instance check where they get asked and have to do verification and if they get approved they didn’t get an invite and are allowed to go to the main instance this is to keep people out that are minors and trolls out
Second context point he never goes to public instances I’m with him pretty much all the time if he does happen to end up in a public instance he has a specific Avatar that has literally nothing on it except for a casual suit and that is it no toggles no nothing it doesn’t even have his official textures on it yet somehow he was banned for nudity and had his group removed
VRchat specifically allows Providence and content as long as everyone consents there are no minors then it is allowed the group even Made sure that people understand what they’re getting into which is in the developer update I’ll link it here Developer Update - December 18 2025
In our group chat and conversation a good friend of ours is a lawyer and has looked at the guidelines and has even read the 2025 developer update and has concluded that private instances are allowed I will post his response here

- Adult / sexual content is permitted in private instances as long as everyone present is a consenting adult (no minors allowed).
- Making the group hidden and invite-only is the correct and recommended way to run an adult-themed community.
- Requiring age verification for invites is also fine and commonly done by other adult groups. "
This ban comes suspiciously after he dealt with an individual claiming to be 19 and come to find out what’s not they were politely asked to leave the verification instance that individual now has updated their profile to say that they are 24 and removed all of their socials this is very suspicious I know this because that person has me added.
The excuses that they gave were as the following
1:they do not trust the VR chat ID verification
2: their parent had it because their mom was rich
3: after being pressed they said that they didn’t want to show their ID with everything blacked out except for age next to their profile because it was "gold-plated"and they did not want us to feel jealous
4: Oh okay I’ll do the VR chat verification oh wait I can’t cuz I’m on a ban watch
They were pointed to joystick but continued to refuse after which they where asked to leave the verification instance
this T&S “Team” Kiwano has not answered any questions and continues to just mark the appeal as “solved”
This suspension feels malicious and and comes at a very convenient time
He doesn’t deserve to be treated like this no one does
