Im really new to vrchat so i dont know many thing yet, but im not sure why is my fps capped at 35. I think i have a fairly good pc (Ryzen 5 5600x, 32gb ram, rtx3060ti) and i have tried some tutorial videos online on how to increase fps in vrc but for some reason no matter how much i lower the graphics it stays at 35max. One thing i noticed is that while im in game my cpu is only running at about 50-70% so its not even using the whole thing.
