Corgak and many other avatars (like Nikei) were not on the Legacy row.
The Legacy avatars are the avatars that we introduced with the Quest 1 update for VRChat. They were intended to be easier on the low-end hardware of the Quest 1, so we had very strict requirements for them.
The older avatars that were around before Legacy aren’t in our menu at all anymore, they were removed entirely quite some time ago, although the IDs may or may not still be public.
