So far its not working for me on my linux build. I keep getting a unpacking error eveytime i try and make a new project

I was using it a time ago, rn no issues, it works better than VRChat Creator Companion, there is a reason why it can’t be implemented on Creator Companion? If it’s not possible, i think ALCOM will be able to be the new VRChat Creator Companion until that get rewrited for implement that types of cache management or idk what type of magic it use.

Hey I’m having an issue if you can help. I installed alcom for my steam deck and it went smoothly up until I wanted to open a project. It attempts to open unity but it says no valid unity license found. Thing is I did activate a personal license; its just not picking that up? If you can offer help itd be appreciated.

Which OS are you using? I heard steam deck can be used with both SteamOS (linux) and Windows.
If you’re using SteamOS/linux, could you let me know how did you installed unity hub for to your steam os?

The launching unity feature is depends on unity hub license feature. Did you launched the some unity project with unity hub? if not, could you try launching project with unity hub? I hope after launching unity once, launching from ALCOM would also work.

How did you activated personal license? i needed to open Unity Hub and activate that on there, it dont works if you dont activate that on Unity Hub
