What to do if your feet are on the floor?(Quest 3 & VD)

No matter what avatar I take, it always sinks a little to the floor (sometimes right down to my knees). I tried experimenting with the IR tracking setting with my actual height, but nothing worked. Maybe someone knows what the problem is?
