are groups pos to force/make you or ask for you’re dob? becuase someone told me in tos groups not pose to but am unable read through the whole tos becuase adhd. could i get sum help?

If you are in a Group Public instance, the group owns the instance, they can kick you out if you don’t follow their rules. There is nothing forcing you to answer them if you don’t want to tell them your date of birth, but then they can just kick you if they want.
The most important thing you need to remember, is that you can just go find another instance, or even make your own instance. You are not forced to be in some group’s instance where they have rules you don’t like.

A lot of group owners just like the power they get from deciding who can and cannot be in their little controlled instance. It is usually a red flag if they start telling you that the age verification isn’t good enough, and I would just suggest you leave and find another instance.
Even better would be to find actual 18+ group instances. If people are still asking for date of birth there, then that group likely isn’t worth being in.
At least that is what people usually say on the VRChat Discord server when this topic is brought up.
