One of our developers set up this group system and for the past week, our banner has worked, but won’t load. We’ve tried everything in our power to make it work, changed sizes and everything. I’m at a loss because we have more than 1,000+ users, and we have checked all permissions and made sure they’re public, but we can’t get the banner to load or update. We’re also experiencing a problem with roles being able to create photo folders, but not upload photos to them.
Interested to know if and how you resolved this? I set up a group yesterday. Banner and Icon uploaded and showing as selected, however, the group and its listing have the default VRChat icon and banner showing when I view it in my web browser.
