Can't make a group

So I wanted to make a group and when I went to go make one it was grayed out and I could click on it. I have VRC+ but I still can’t make one I also tryed logging out then back in but nothing helped. I’m hope someone can help, Thanks!

Im having the same issue i have VRC+ but when i go to the website the create a group is grayed out how do i fix this
