Unity Error Making Uploading Content Impossible

I have been having an error for roughly 4-5 days straight now, it has essentially made my ability to upload content on my project near impossible. I have tried several things including:

Reinstalling Unity/Unity’s Editor, Reinstalling VCC, Restarting my Router, Utilizing a VPN while the upload process is active, Reinstalled the SDK, and so on.

I initially had gotten feedback from the Discord Server of VRChat that it was a networking issue, which makes sense, as at the time of the error occurring, my ISP was having an outage in my area, however the outage has been resolved and I am still having the exact same error.

If anyone familiar with this issue or issues like it can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Just some random ideas here, but there’s 2 potential solutions I can think of:

  1. Since it timed out, might it be that your internet upload speed is low?
  2. Perhaps if you delete the “Pipeline Manager (Script)” on your avatar it might regenerate it and allow you to upload?
