My girlfriend is recently dealing with the same problem as well.
So here’s a fix that worked for me. This is taken from the vrc discord: 1. Looks like the problem it’s really the i9 13 and 14th gen under clock your cpu to 54x and that will fix your crashes you can use intel extreme tuning utility (oficial from intel) you can reset it back to normal when your not playing vrchat also reset each restart

Lower the performance core ratio per instructed and you are good to go!
