Stuck in an Extremely Laggy Home Instance

I was looking for a new home instance and set one to be my home instance without looking at it first. This world is EXTREMELY laggy on my Quest 2. I cannot open menus, join other worlds, or do anything in VRChat because the instance is extremely laggy. I’ve tried reinstalling VRChat, inviting myself to a different instance, and restarting my headset, but it doesn’t work. And when I try to open menus my movements are very delayed, making it impossible to click and go into a different instance!

Can anyone help me?

If not, one option would be to instead run VRChat on a PC if you have on in your house, and use Steam Link on your Quest to play VRChat through Steam. It should allow you to get enough FPS to jump to another world and set it as home.

Another option you can do, is install VRCX on a computer, search a World in it, click on it, click the 3 dots (…) and click “Make Home”.
