So i factory reset it and i also uninstalled the game and it still isnt working let me know if anyone knows how to get it fix im only quest 2
Please be more descriptive of what isn’t working.

What it is is once i load in i cant see my hands like i use to be able to then i see i log in then my game freezes on me and keeps doing it over and over again i cant even go into my own world home but i can get online on my phone
Try resetting your headset and try better internet
Also, go to your safety settings, avatar culling, and graphics settings and turn everything WAY down
