So I made a vrchat world but when I spawned in I couldn’t move and I could only look up and down. Please help! I’ve tried moving stuff to (0,0,0) but it didn’t work.
Please actually help, everyone in the Unity subreddit refused to help and apparently I don’t have enough karma to post in the vrchat subreddit. I literally have nowhere else to find help so please.
I forget if having an avatar entirely within a collider stops it from moving, but that would be my first stop, maybe you made a giant cube in blender for walls, and added a collider
A lot of people start worlds with a copy of VRChat’s demo, it’s got a spawn point and a plane for a floor, so if you have such a plane, maybe you could try disabling a bunch of other stuff and slowly turn things back on.
But yeah, a more sensible answer would involve asking a bunch of questions about what all is in the world, and if you’ve grouped anything together, then you could test disabling groups of the objects.
What if you move the spawn point up a meter, would the avatar stay up in the air? Then you could put the editor into play mode, and disable things until the avatar falls. But then there is the concern that maybe you’re caught in a few colliders.
