Physbones working- but one isn't randomly?

Heya! So I did some googling around and I haven’t been able to find this. Closest I’ve found is people accidentally hiding the gizmo’s which I’ve triple checked, all is showing. Or having the Collision size set to 0 or disabled. It is enabled and set to 0.19 so it’s definitely not that that colliders or gizmo isn’t there.

on the right breast I noticed it wasn’t jiggling. So thought maybe I forgot to ignore a transform, it got disabled, etc. However even with it enabled, and I copied and pasted working “values” from the left breast that IS working, shows up in both scene, play mode, and vrchat itself. But still isn’t enabling for the other side

Biggest thing is the like, gizmo to move and scale it is showing up, so it sees the bones. But the capsule doesn’t? And again when put into play mode, using gesture manager, or running around in VRChat itself it just isn’t animating. So it’s not that oh the gizmo isn’t showing up but it still works fine either.

it IS a kitbash admittedly, however besides swapping a head and tail the body is untouched and I don’t /think/ should be causing issues, especially when every other physics transferred just fine (both thighs, the stomach, the one boob, the hair, tail, etc) but still bringing it up since it’s not straight out of the box so to speak
