Others see me lag and freeze, but on my end its fine

Recently ive had this bug where other people cant see me move at all, i freeze in a position. When it does work theres a second delay between what im doing and when they see it. ive tried different avatars and verify my files, nothing fixes it. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
