Not getting invites, friends list not updating, no requests working

Ive been trying to solve this for the past 3 days, ipv6 is off, no driver update or windows update, enabled through firewall, even tried turning it off, checked with malwarebytes my pc is clean, my internet is stable as every other game is working fine, ive uninstalled and reinstalled to different drives, cleared all caches and data, signed out and back in, nothing is working so im really at a loss
