My VRC+ subscription is still not active after 20+ days and paying it two times, support is not responding, please help

You made a support ticket, supplied the correct information, and haven’t heard back?

They usually reply within a week, unless it is vacation season or they are under a heavy workload.

How have you checked if they have replied?
Are you expecting an email only?
Or uave you checked the case’s status on the website?
