My avatar won't upload due to this error

This error says: the avatar is too tall. The maximum is 5cm should height
What should I solve this situation for my model

“Current User does not have permissions to build avatars”
You need at least New User rank to be able to upload avatars.

The rank is from the forum or just in-game

Im getting a similar error but its not popping up in the panel but whenever i try to upload im getting this instead, im using the manuka base

ok so i found out the issue for some reason if an avatar is in an empty object in unity because I put my avatars under empty object to catagorize them so its not super cluttered, When i had it under the empty object I think unity or the SDK thought its height was below .20m.
