Missing Network ID

I have exported my avatar from Blender using the FBX export options and I see the model within Unity and can attach materials with no issues. But I’m seeing in the console a missing Network ID. I tried using the Network ID tool to regenerate them but that does not work. I also read somewhere you can manually add it in the VRC Avatar Descriptor section, but it does not appear anywhere. How do I resolve this error, or is it even an issue I should be worried about?

It is a warning. It just weird that I’m not seeing anything in the network ID utility when I try to refresh it. I took a Booth avatar back into Blender and made a bunch of tweaks to it. So I’m wondering if I somehow broke it, or reimported it incorrectly?
