Lets me in my home world but game crashes as soon as i join a friend

i dont know what to do everytime i get on the game im in the home world but my game crashes out like cuts off when i join worlds btw im on pc vr

how good is your pc?
were you able to play normally before this?
what kind of world are you loading into?
have you tried any fixes already?
