It keeps telling it's too small

I tried to get it on steam on my computer it said it’s too small for the pager mine’s window computer ones

I hope I understand this correctly:

Right click on your desktop and change your Display Settings resolution to be higher. If you’re on something as small as like 800xwhatever that might be the problem.

I manage to fix it but of course my computer needs fixing like for the file and stuff
