Infinite loading and black screen

I tried all the trouble shooting I could on my end but couldn’t get it to work no matter what I did. Currently my issues is that it would initialize, connect, turn black, and then initialize, connect, and turn black, over and over again. Sent a report to the support team hoping they would be able to help me, so it will probably take awhile till they can help me but here I am praying.
