VRchat infinite loading screen

ive had this issue where when i launch vrchat it logs in but when i get to loading into my home world it just gets stuck at 0% ive reinstalled vrchat and steam multiple times cleared my cache and temp files ive done almost everything i can think of but it just wont get off the infinite loading screen please if you have any information on this let me know because i really wanna play vrc :(
