for under standing im doing this so i dosent crash 24/7 i need info beacuse im desprate to play my fav vr game with out constant crashing 
Maybe what you are looking for is an overlay application, that would allow you to see your manager on top of the game.
For that i would suggest (not sponsored) XS Overlay or OVR Toolkit.
They will allow you to see your desktop, windows and more directly in vr, even in vrchat.
